Challenging Your Challengers As To Fulfill Destiny

Challenging Your Challengers As To Fulfill Destiny

Looking at this fact of life, “we are all operating at different levels of life, and we most a time determine the level of life we operate.” To fulfill destiny, we must move from one level of life to another level, we must necessarily pass the equations of life of a lower level before moving to a higher level.

That is to say, we must pass the examinations of life of the present level before we are allowed to move to the next level.

These equations of life, these examinations of life all appear in forms of challenges. Not until we boldly face and conquered these challenges, we are not allowed to move to the next level.

No wonder many are stagnant in life because they totally avoid facing challenges or run away from challenges, many people surrender to challenges of life.

Owing to the fact that this life is not fair at all because it does not deliver to us what we deserve but delivers to us only what we demand, we must necessarily take responsibility and face the challenges of life.

Let’s take our reference and our background from 1 Samuel chapter 17 verses 1- end. This is a story we all know, it is a story of David, a shepherd boy who was asked to bring food to his brothers at the battlefield.

It was while at the battlefield that a champion went out from the camp of the Philistines, named Goliath, from Gath, whose height was six cubits and a span.

Vs 8 Then he stood and cried out to the armies of Israel, and said to them, “Why have you come out to line up for battle?

Am I not a Philistine, and you the servants of Saul? Choose a man for yourselves, and let him come down to me.

Vs 9 “If he is able to fight with me and kill me, then we will be your servants. But if I prevail against him and kill him, then you shall be our servants and serve us.”

Vs 10-11 And the Philistine said, “I defy the armies of Israel this day; give me a man, that we may fight together.” When Saul and all Israel heard these words of the Philistine, they were dismayed and greatly afraid.

This was the very challenge that faced the armies of Israel which King Saul and none of his armies could not confront not until this shepherd boy called David came, confronted Goliath, fought and conquered Goliath.

See what happened after David confronted Goliath and won, 1 Samuel 18:6 Now it had happened as they were coming home, when David was returning from the slaughter of the Philistine, that the women had come out of all the cities of Israel, singing, and dancing, to meet King Saul, with tambourines, with joy, and with musical instruments.

Vs 7 so the women sang as they danced and said: “Saul has slain his thousands, And David his ten thousand.”

Every one of us has a Goliath of life and battles facing and confronting us. We will surely be catapulted from one level of life to another level if we will boldly like David face or confront these challenges and win.

The breakthrough we are desiring to have may come from facing that challenge that comes our way squarely and conquers them.

We should never again avoid or run away from challenges because our breakthrough in life may have been packaged in that challenges.

Let boldly confront these challenges and conquer them and we will surely have a breakthrough in life. Shalom.
