Building A Strong, Healthy And Successful Relationships
Whether single or married, there is a need to build a strong and successful relationship. If you are still single, it is a strong, healthy and successful relationship that you build which could eventually lead to marriage. If you are married already, you can build a strong and healthy marriage relationship that could result in you’re enjoying your marriage to the fullness.
To build a strong, healthy and successful relationship, the two people involved in that relationship must be consciously and committed to building that relationship to be strong, healthy and successful. It is the level of the commitment of the two that will determine if the relationship will be strong, healthy and successful or not.
It is the level of your commitment that will determine if your willingness and readiness to pay the price to make that relationship to be strong and successful. Show me two people who are committed to their relationship, and I will show you a relationship that will be strong and successful.
Moreover, it is when the two people in a relationship are committed that enables them to contribute their own quota or play their own part in seeing that their partner is happy and fulfilled. You will agree with me that when you are happy and fulfilled in a relationship, you will never want that relationship to fail.
In addition to being committed, the two people involved in that relationship must totally remove selfishness from their midst. You should understand that once one or both parties in a relationship are selfish, that relationship will never be strong, healthy and successful.
Obviously, it is selfishness that destroys many relationships as many selfish individuals who are in relationships are mindful of what to get from that relationship and not what to give out. As long as certain actions favor them, they are not mindful of the effect of such actions on the other party.
For that reason of selfishness, you hear many couples whose marriage relationships had failed cite the reason for their marriage failure as irreconcilable differences. What other thing causes irreconcilable differences if not selfishness. Individual who are selfish, they will never accept any issues which are not favorable to them even if their partner is deeply hurt in the process.
In other words, it is a relationship that is symbiotic that gets stronger, healthier and successful. Have you ever heard the phrase, ‘I’ll scratch your back if you scratch mine’? This idea of helping someone to get some help in return is the essence of a symbiotic relationship.
A symbiotic relationship describes close interactions between two people in a relationship. The people who are involved in this type of relationship, both live and act for the mutual benefits of each other in that relationship.
Moreover, to build a strong and successful relationship, the two people involved must love and trust each other dearly. The two people that love each other tend to build a strong and successful relationship as compared to people whose love for each other are not strong.
People in a relationship who love each other, they must as well trust each other. The two works together, you trust the person and the person you trust you tend to love him or her the more. So people who love and trust each other tend to build a stronger and successful relationship.
Talking about trust, the two people who are involved in a relationship must be conscious and endeavor not to betray that trust. I said this because broken trust is not easily regained and one noticeable area people break the heart and trust of their partner are getting involved with another man or woman in affairs.
Moreover, the extent you spend quality time together with each other as to build intimacy determines whether your relationship will be strong and successful. The problem with some is that they claim that they have no time especially men. The point is that you must consciously create or make out time to stay alone with your partner if you are to build strong, healthy and successful relationships.
The point is that you must consciously create or make out time to stay alone with your partner if you are to build strong, healthy and successful relationships.
Also, the way you handle any conflict and misunderstanding to arise in the course of your relationship matters a lot. People who easily and are quick to resolve any conflicts and misunderstandings, their relationships are stronger, healthier and successful.
In closing, the two people involved in a relationship, they must consciously decide to build their relationship to be strong and successful as they stand to gain if their relationships are healthy, strong and successful. Until I come your way again, stay committed to building a strong and successful relationship. Shalom!
